This totally needs a better example.

Currently:

if(in_hardcore())

buy(3,$[[item]][hot hi mein]);
}
</code>

This will never work in real life. If you're in hardcore, you can't simply buy things like hi meins. I'd be inclined to just make it !in_hardcore(), but really it should be can_interact() for this example (which checks for ronin). The example should probably be something completely different. I'll replace it if I come up with something clean and simple.
