"Note that KoL limits this to -3 MP at most, so you should never see a number larger than 3 returned from this function." The Festival of Jarlsberg, the Vile Vagrant Vestments, and Arcane in the Brain (from Shape of Mole) stack with this -3MP limit. Regarding the RFI: Yes, it does. Tested with Arcane in the Brain and -3 from equips. Net result: -6, according to this function.

Also, Festival of Jarlsberg returns the proper value, as tested today. Can't test the VVV, as I don't have a Pastamancer alt with the full outfit. --Heeheehee 01:35, 9 March 2010 (UTC)
