The Crown of Thrones is automatically equipped first, unlike the chat command. Enthroning your current familiar will put it back in your terrarium first, so that "enthrone" and "familiar" commands can be given in either order without errors.
ASH Equivalent
The ASH command enthrone_familiar() has similar functionality.
