In moxie sign

Returns true if your ascension sign is a moxie sign; otherwise, returns false.
This example will adventure in the Thugnderdome if you are able:
if (in_moxie_sign() && my_adventures() > 0) {
adventure(my_adventures(), $location[thugnderdome]);
}
When not logged in, this function returns false.
